I've just completed 3 months of the newbie routine and thought I'd share my journey with you guys on here and give a small thanks to JonPop and the vets on here for their great advice. Now back to the beginning... I stumbled across PE (this site & thunders) around Dec 8th 2008 and began reading and investigating the articles and tutorials out of sheer curiousity and on Dec 11th I decided to start my PE journey with JonPop's newbie routine. At first I was clumsy and all fingers & thumbs but after each session I would make notes and read up on techniques and watch videos on jelqing and stretching etc... and would try and incorporate what I had learnt into my routine.Till this day I am still learning proper technique and trying to improve all the time. So starting off I didn't have the correct tools to measure but I'd assume I was roughly 7.2"bpel,5.9" meg,7.3" fsl (flaccid stretched length) not small and some may say slightly above average but nowhere near where I wanted to be.After a while I bought the proper measuring tools (measuring tape and an accurate ruler) and began my official measurement records. On Jan 1st I was 7.25" bpel,6" meg,7.3" fsl and today I am 7.8bpel,6.125 meg,8.5" fsl My progress is nothing short of amazing,half an inch in length in the space of 3 months!!! ![]() I'm proud as pie and am as dedicated to PE as can be but also know that these are the notorious 'newbie gains' which come thick and fast at the beginning but can disappear fairly soon once your unit becomes tough and conditioned But we'll deal with that plateau when we get there,for now I'm progressing at a wonderful rate and my penis is big,strong and healthy and loving every minute of this PE journey with me. Yes there's been a few hiccups and minor injuries along the way and many incorrect techniques employed but that's all part of the PE experience and without those there's no progress. My next step in PE is making slight adjustments to the newbie routine to suit my needs,although I had done this from the beginning as I had found the routine in its entirety was a bit too intense for my unconditioned penis but I might try to now incoporate the full routine and see how I respond.Anywhich way I won't be doing anything crazy or different as this is obviously working for me and you don't change a winning formula! Also I'll try to get some pics while measuring as I now have access to a good camera and I'll start using supplements,which I haven't done so far. So here's to PE and the wonderful veterans on here and sites like this who go out of their way to help us newbs and give us insight into their years & years of collected wisdom and experience.Without you all I wouldn't have gained my extra half inch & 0.125" in girth or be on my way to whatever gains are coming my way in the future (8x7 here I come!) Good work man great gains, good to hear that your not changing your routine too much seems like it's working great!

thanks Jiminy, I actually took a quick measurement after my PE workout today and I'm now at 7.9" bpel ![]() I think I can get into the 8"'s by the end of the year |
