Exclamation Questions to start and stay on my routine...

and I plan on starting this Monday. I have a vague idea of what my BPEL and EG is(I measured with a tape measurer I will be getting a plastic ruler soon) . They are as follows BPEL 6 11/16" and EG 3 7/8"(sorry I will convert the fractions into decimals on my tag on Monday when I remeasure) . Ok first off I never thought I had a pencil dick but well from what I can tell from seeing everyone else's beginning measurements I see I must be lacking some. Well my first question is going to be do you all think I should work on length or girth first? I know it is of personal preference but really you all must have an opinion sense some of you have been around a while. Now so you know what I am working with I have done some PE exercises which I started out hanging three gulf balls from a sock and wearing it in a sock from my penis. That was to much because it caused some pain so I cut back to two. I did that for about two months and I didn't see any results(now I know it does take longer to "see" results). Then a few months later I got a pump without a pressure gage (so I know I was using way to much pressure). I was pumping until I was burning. I did start out with just fifteen minutes a day every other day. I did this for a week then moved up to thirty minutes a day for a week. Then up to forty five minutes for a week. And then to a hour for a few weeks. I did this for a total of like two months and I did notice some improvement with erection quality and so I stopped just to return to normal. Now so you know I have been fighting E.D. with P.E. and I have been fighting P.E. for quite some time. My wifey to be(sorry I can't spell that word) has basically conditioned me to only be able to do quickies. Thats all I get anymore and my problems are more than whats the problem. Now that I have found this forum I am determined that I'm not going to be a bum fuck just because she wants to be. So I figured that while I improve my ED/PE I'll improve my penis as well. I know I should start with the 90 day routine to start with because its been months sense I have done any conditioning (other that beating off to quickly, and a lot). I was hoping the people here that has been here for a while could give me a plan for after I finish my beginners routine( I know about the kegel routine too). I am also ADD and dyslexic so it helps if I have a long term plan placed out in front of me to stay focused. Anyone can voice there opinion to me but I would like some solid advice. To anyone who has read this far into my post thank you for your time. I have been spending hours here looking through the forum but I just don't know where to start after the beginners guide. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!

After the 90 day routine you can follow Radiohead's intermediate routine: http://www.pegym.com/forums/advanced...r-routine.html

After that, PEsuccessguy may be finished with his in-the-works routine ("Project 5X"), or by then you may come up with your own specialized routine with the input of the other members if you'd like. For now, definitely concentrate on the 90 day beginner's routine.

Do you kegel? This is supposed to help with ED as well as premature ejaculation. For premature ejaculation I believe the best remedy is edging, however. You can do this with your hand and can advance on to your fiancee (if she's up for it... though it doesn't sound as though she is) or you could get a Fleshlight or something of the sort. Also I'd recommend not masturbating as much.

Thanks man for the advice. But as I try to refrain from helping myself it is hard for me( you would think I was a teenager or something). But the good news is my girl is going to try to let me get some once a week. And its not going to be a quickie every time. That is such a help. I explained to her that I just want the ability to last longer that I don't want a marathon every time( well I hope she is in for a BIG surprise). thats when I explained that having a bad penis was actually bad for my health.I noticed that after a while having sex she would like it more. She just says that "its ok it was just to be a quickie anyway" when I think she might be ok going all the way but doesn't want to put pressure on me. So I think that I will keep on these routines for a couple of years if I can get some really good advice and tutoring. She feels the pressure because I try to get her first manually then I "hop" in next. I think part of her loss of interest is do to my lack of ability. And now I "conditioned" her not to want as much as a result. I hope I can get her back the way she use to be. She use to like just stopping off to some unknown woods and fucking.... and now I can hardly get a quickie. There has been time that we didn't do ANYTHING for a little over three months. Thats not acceptable with me. I have caused some drama and problems as well. And I and currently working on slowing if not stopping my drinking habits and trying to quit smoking. I don't do any drugs and I almost will not do prescribed prescriptions. Unless they will do what is "truly" needed. I am a little bit of a conspiracy theorist but I have worked on my paranoia quite a bit and I think that I am doing very well. Now I am well able to work at the other health issues that I face. Well thank you all who have read this, and thank you for listening to my ramblings. I really appreciate all of your help and don't be afraid to chime in with some advice. Thank you again.

Men are not the only ones the Get ED. Sounds like your wife has low libido as well. The same herbs that give men nice big woodies help swell up the clitoris as well. Try some ginkgo biloba and drink lots of green tea. The both of you in no time will have blisful sex.

I wish she would KP but she hates tea of any kind. Anything else other then ginkgo we could take? She can't swallow pills either. I have some foreigner friends I thought about asking to bring some Spanish fly home one their next trip. But well I don't want to do that because the real stuff is illegal in the US. I have been looking up all kinds of libido herbs but I'm not sure what I should go with? And thanks for your help so far.

What's her diet like? This could be contributing to a decreased libido.

Well she eats pretty good. She skips breakfast though. She use to make sure she had a carnations instant breakfast before she when to work. She is taking womans chewy vitamins and omega 3 chewy vitamins as well(she can't swallow pills). She doesn't eat that much red meat and loves salads. She is pretty fit just a little bit of problem areas she doesn't like though. I know there has been a lot of issues in our relationship. I think maybe depression is a key factor here. The problems in the past with our relationship she has mostly forgot but she gets sad because she remembers how she felt when the issue occurred but she doesn't remember what happened. But the memory of that feeling is enough for her to feel sad. I have always tried to make her feel like she was a beautiful woman and I show her much affection. I know most people would say with this description that she might want to look into expert help. But she told me that she doesn't want to go to a doctor because that would just be admitting theres a problem. Which she showed me that it would probably cause more problems than good. I think things are getting a little better though because she would have never offered once a week. Well at least sense the depression started. There was a time that we had a pretty health sex life and I just hope to one day get back to that. Even if it isn't quite what it use to be at least it would be better than it is now.

Ok its about 12:30 pm and well... I'm still drunk. So what I'm going to do is start cutting back my drinking in the next few weeks and get down to were I'm only having 1 beer a night. A couple a months ago I was down to this point so I'm going to start cutting back now because I know I can. What I am going to do for my PE is I'm going to work on my kegels. My BC muscle is fairly weak. As a late teenager I could go for hours and I didn't know why, but now that I look back I was a skateboarder and when I did large stunts I was training my BC muscle( because I tensed up the BC for quite some time before the stunt). So I'm going to start on a very controlled on one day off one day kegel routine to build up to the 90 day routine and to give myself the time need to cut way back on my drinking. I can't even get my penis to even bob up and down at this point. Anymore advice would be appreciated in the mean time and I hope to hear some more great advice.
