i am a long time member. now i am just going to start PE exercises. anyone can tel me all the exercises. i still do not understand about the exercises after read all the beginner exercises. when doing stretching the penis should be flaccid? when doing jelq the penis should be erect 100%? how about kegel? i still do not understand about kegel. anyone can teach and give some clear detail. thanks. |

![]() | when doing stretching the penis should be flaccid? Yes, completely flaccid. when doing jelq the penis should be erect 100%? Newbies should not do erect jelqing. 50-75% erect is what you should be aiming for. Go with a comfortable grip, something that expands the glans with each stroke. You don't have to go really hard to make gains. how about kegel? i still do not understand about kegel. Have you stopped the flow of urine when you urinate? These are the muscles you use when you kegel. Next time you use the bathroom, stop your stream a few times and memorize the feeling/muscles you use to stop the stream. Squeezing those muscles is a kegel.
