Default Hi im new and young so im confused XD

Hello everyone, my nickname is Cavani(i dont want to use my real name lol), i came across this site a week ago(after a horrible experience with the girl that i loved-we were going to have intercourse but i utterly chickened out since i thought i wasnt big enough for her, she was incredibly good looking, with a great behind-and sadly we broke up cuz that caused her to think that i didnt want her :'(, and so i looked on the web for a solution to myself ) and i just recently signed up and i want to start the exercises since im only 5.75in =/ at hardest and im 5'5=height, i dont know if that matters. But heres the things im really confused about, the site(im in college for computer engineering but i cant understand the instructions, how smart am i?)Also im not circumsized so does that mean that i cant do it or can i?
And i would be really grateful if anyone could write down how to do the warm ups and stretches for a beginner like me(PLZ!!!!)

Being cirumcised does not matter. You can still do PE

You want to get started on the newbie routine and do it for 3 months.

For a warmup, you can use a variety of methods. You can make a rice sock, use a hot wash cloth, a cup of warm/hot water, a heating pad. Just something to get your penis warm, red, and stretchy-like. Experiment with ways to do this. Just don't burn yourself.

Don't freak out, your size is perfectly average. You probably would have been the biggest that girl has ever had.

Yeah man that sucks you two broke up....your size is quite ok, and actually I'm just starting PE on 4-6-09 and well I'm longer then you( just a hair though) ...but you have me beat by a long shot on girth. Not to mention I'm probably almost 8-10 years older then you. So your really don't have much of a problem other then personal quest, well I never had that much trouble with the ladies( until not that long ago). If possible see if you can't patch things up. If not then the next hottie you get will be in for a BIG suprise if your willing to put in the effort! Good Luck man.

Welcome Cavani, from what I've read this is where you want to be.

Also don't worry about privacy, my real name isn't figMiNT either. It was my videogame handle when I played Counter Strike: Source, but that's unimportant.

Sorry to hear you split up with a chick because of a misunderstanding, I've had that problem myself with the only girl I ever almost said "I love you" to. I'm not sure many know this, and it's funny me posting it on a forum like this but penis size isn't important. If you don't know what to do with a pole, then all you have is a pole. My brother refuses to do PE I told him about it. He really is fine with his smaller than average penis. He gave his ex-girlfriend her first, second, and third orgasm ever, in one night. And she has been with a lot of guys.

Aside from that note hopefully giving comfort, let's talk what's confusing you. Well, what about the site is confusing you, I know it's a lot to digest.

I recommend starting a log here so you, and members that can help you out, can monitor your PE experience.

Remember, people on here have been in a similar situation as you have. Have any questions or worries just ask.

And I cant emphasis my gratitude for you PEsuccessGuy, thanks for the link, additonally figMiNt->i will definitely starting log as soon as i start on next monday

But i have one more question before i start:
Is the exercise meant to be done 1 day on and then two days off?(ex. monday-exercise, tuesday/wednesday-rest, thursday-exercise, friday/saturday-rest, sunday-exercise....and i do this for 5 weeks right?)

Not a problem Cavani, that is what we are here for!

Check out the routine JonPop (JP) set up and his supplements (supplements assist with gains, but they don't alone make it happen.), and also other members routines. I started with JP's routine going for five days on two days off and didn't feel good. Then when I read a thread about "less is more" I changed to a M W F schedule with the remaining days as offdays and I had some insane gains. Then I lost those because I was dumb and didn't cement them.

No matter what you select, stick with it. I strongly reccomend either JP's program or kingpole's (KP). Both of them know an extensive amount about PE and supplements.

And always, always kegel.
