    I have just begun PE and am doing the JP 90 routine. So far I have not seen many gains in regard to size but I do believe my EQ has risen.

    I have looked all over for the answer to this question but to no avail so..... how do you measure EQ?

    If your penis is hard than it was before, your EQ is better due to more blood in the corpus members.

    It's a subjective measure. The conventional wisdom in PE is that you want to see either an improvement in EQ or at least maintenance of the sort of EQ you had at the start of PE. So, more night and/or morning wood, harder erections in general--stuff like that correlates to improved EQ. It's taken as an indication that your training is not excessive relative to your conditioning. With all of the inherent variation among individuals, there'd be no practical way to set a fixed 'EQ scale'. It makes much more sense for each of us to make a comparison of our own EQ prior to and during PE.

    I feel like morning woods have diminished for me since getting heavy into porn. Currently I have not watched porn for about 10 days but have yet to see my morning woods come back

    i think morning wood varies from person to person, ive been doing pe for a few months and i rarely have morning wood, maybe on weekends is all. i get around 5-7 hours of sleep a night and work 10-12 hours a day though so thats just overall body fatigue i think.

    P.S. At least limit the porn use. Addiction to porn does desensitize arousal. You will get it back in time after your brain gets used to not having porn images floating in the mind and regains libido.
