Tried posting on the thread "beginners 90 day routine" but that is closed. I've tried the LOT theory and I feel nothing. Am I doing it right. using the left/right hand make and OK sign underneath the glans, palm facing down and stretch up (12:00) out (9:00) down (6:00) and perform several kegels using the opposite hand.

Don't worry about LOT. Just focus on the routine.

If you have NO loss of tug in any direction, it is an indicator that your ligaments are pretty tight and will benifit greatly from the stretching portion of the routine.

Exercise in ALL directions.
