Alright, so I have been doing PE for a couple of weeks now and I have many more questions from when I started. I also wanted to thank all of you guys for the help that has gotten me this far.. First my routine is like this 10 min warm up (rice sock) 10 min strechting (just like the beginer routine) Stretch kegel, circles and helicopter shakes 10 Wet Jelquing 30 min +/- edging with ejaculation finish SO my first question is do you guys see any problems with this routine 5 days on and 2 off? Second I downloaded the gain master program and entered my starting stats. my question is how often should I measure? Also when should I measure ( before or after PE or on my days off) Also I have gotten some bruising twice from exercising. Once from stretching and today from Jelquing. My question is am I squeezing too tight during Jelquing? If I do it softer I dont feel a pressure build up in the glands. I should feel this pressure correct? or is the exercise just as effective without feeling the pressure build up? Lastly when should I consider moving on to more advanced techniques and or devices ( after the 90 days I guess) How should I progress after the "beginer" phase? THanx |

![]() | Seems like a good routine to me, still check your PIs to make sure. Measure whenever you feel necessary, only thing is try not to get obsessive with it personally I would never let myself measure more than once a week. Measure on your days off to make an accurate measurement, usually when you measure after a session measurements fluctuate quite a bit. Depends what you describe as bruising, if it is little red spots then yes you are going a bit hard. If it looks like patches of red over your penis, personally I take this as a good sign because the penis takes that sort of damage and adapts by growing stronger/bigger depending on your body. You want to feel pressure but again look at your PIs also make sure you are not bursting capillaries every time you work out. As for after the beginner phase you should know what works best for you and make your own routine, if not there is plenty of info and routines on the forum for you to follow.

Jiminy, thanks for the advice. Couple things, first the bruising is a deeper purple (I have darker skin, Hispanic)blotches all around where I grip, just below the glands. Usually gone the next day. Second, what are PI's? I looked at the Abreveation thread but didnt find it.. |

i am doing a routine very simiular, im not even counting days on or days off, but that works for me maybe not you we are all different. i just excercise, then on days i really am not so up to it, i dont do it, usually my penis screams for a day off or two after about 3 or 4 days of great sessions. PIs are signs of reaction from PE go to the Penis Enlargement Gym - Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Growth! . so far mine have all been positive. i would say your gripping to tight. what is the gain master program? only move on when you current routine isnt giving results, if the biggeners program gets you growth for 2 years why change it, know what i meen. only move on when you stop growing from a routine or if you have new goals like targeting girth or something like that.

![]() | If you have bruising just were you grip then I would say your grip is a little tight, try lightening it up a bit and see what happens as far as you PIs refer to the thread posted by billyglidejr. Usually I get some red splotches sometimes but it is everywhere think it might be different to what you describe.
