    I'm new but I know that different people have different opinions on this subject. First, here's what's up with me:

    I'm into my 3rd week of stretching/jelqing/edging but I am pretty horny as of late. I stretch for 10-15 minutes, jelq for 25, and then edge for like 15. People tell me that's too much but my dick feels alright. So far not much pain at all and my erections are good as before if not better. Length is my main goal at this point as my numbers are 5.75 length by 5.3 around (as of first measurement 3/18). I haven't done another measurement yet because I know I haven't really gained any length yet and I don't want to get discouraged (I will measure after my next rest period, Sunday 4/5/09). The top of my penis is a little sore but only a little. It's from the stretching i think. Once I warm up, the soreness on the top of my penis is gone.

    But here's my question: I read the article on this website about masturbating affecting gains. The article said the guys who only did it once a month got the best results. I've been doing it everday. But not within 5 hours of the workout (which i do at night). Do you think I should cut back on masturbating?

    Also, as for my routine, if it really is too much i would cut back but i don't really have any injuries so i think it's all good. The head of my dick is purple after a workout though (but not cold).

    To much PE not enough structured edging. I masturbated for only once a month for years all i got for it was ED. This is a myth you should be ejaculating at least 3-4 times per weeks.

    Basically if you don use it you loose it , i edge a few times before i ejaculate and i do this several times a day

    Edging confuses me a little. I do it when I'm hard as a rock, is that all right? And all i do is wank until the point where i'm pretty damn near the edge and then I stop, or slow way down. Is that correct?

    Also i forgot to mention my jelqing strokes are slow like 3-5 seconds. First bunch of strokes i have a lower erection level and stroke down towards the floor and then when my dick is really loose i fill it with more blood and jelq straight out. I also switch up overhand and underhand OK grips on the fly a bunch of times.

    Well after PE I don't know if you masturbate, definitely we must edge, to continue the flow of blood and helps in healing (maybe), Edging state needs you to be in a very relax state (even your eyelid should be relax), only your hands and dick was in motion, I prefer mild stroke since edging was on a finishing part of my your PE, Your penny just undergo in a exercise, don't want to force it again. You can ejaculate after that. Well that was just a newbie thought, please correct me if I'm wrong.

    On average, the men who masturbated less gained more. This is evident when comparing the people who masturbated once a month or less (average volumetric gain of 6.22 cubic inches) to the people who masturbated a few times a month or more (average volumetric gain of 3.87 cubic inches).

    In another comparison, the men who masturbated once a week or less gained 5.16 cubic inches, and the men who masturbated a few times a week or more gained 3.65 cubic inches....


    Ejaculation:
    The group that ejaculated within an hour after penile workout increased their penis size a third less than the groups that did not. Meaning, the data suggests that masturbating and withholding ejaculation presumably does not hurt gains. However, masturbating and ejaculating immediately after a workout might.
    As quoted in the statistic conducted it might affect gains.? Still the above mention question was under dispute. Is it?
