Hey, Wonder if i go test my testosterone and growth hormone levels and if they are low , then go take some of that when i am having my routine ? Because when you take testosterone and growth hormone when training muscle they grow like crazy , so it must work the same way when doing PE routine ?!?! I have read that testosterone does not effect penis growth , but i don't think the lab people that did the research had testers doing PE. Like your biceps does not grow like crazy when taking testosterone if you not training.

How old are you ? are you talking about supplemental testosterone boosters or actual needle in the ass every week?

I have lost a good portion of gains ,at the end of the brake i will be doing : 25mcg -igf every other day along with 6-8 hours of stretches and 30min of 60% erection jelqing and depending how I feel I will add in cialis at 20mg and clamping |

Tanks for answers. I am 22 year.. The thing is i have always had small dick, have even been at a doctor when i was like 8-10 years old for it. The thing is like i have a crazy small flaccid probably 2" , 100 erect i have 5,5", like 14 year old boys have bigger than me.. And it sucks like hell ! And now i like cant get 100% erect!! I cum at like 50% erect.. making me insane pissed off! And even when i had like 25 days without jerking, i reached a 100% erect when watching porn. But at once i touched the dick it went to a lower level of erection. Have no plan of using supplements like for HGH,testo,Dhea for long time. I Thinking about checking my levels tomorrow. Do real god PE for one month with supplements, and then check what levels is showing.' Hoping for some very good gains, i have before when training at a gym used something called GABA, it says that GABA can raise GH with 550% . Never thought about taking that when doing PE.

Honestly bro I started at 5.2inches and now im 6.1 after 3 months. 5.5 is actually average and you have nothing to worry about. To help with your EQ make sure you keegel every other day before long you will be rolling with the big boys.

I have been doing PE On and off for about 6 months now. Haven't gained so much. The best measure i have had is 6,57 " Bone pressed Erect. And the EQ sucks yes, never had the Morning WOOD.

Here's the answer I provided to a similar question on another forum: *Androgen receptors in the penis shut down post-puberty, so the penile growth potential through supplementation decreases significantly after the late teens. If you're deficient in T your penis size can decreasein size, so supplementing with T would enlarge it back to peak size levels. Some of my older clients have noticed this when supplementing with Androgel. The increase in blood flow from more constant erections may also increase size a little, but this condition can be duplicated without T by doing stamina work. *Reference: Shabsigh R. I have ordered a blood sample test tomorrow, gonna test the levels anyway. My routine was like 4days a week, 1 round of stretch and about 10min jelq. And some kegels during routine. And to BIG AL: I don't think the man that did the research about Testosterone you are talking about had clients that performed PE. I am not gonna go crazy with some stuff, if the levels are OK I just go back to my routine, loose some fat ,trim the hairs often. And take Supplements like *ZMA *L-Glutamine *Protein *Creatine Now i am 22% bodyfat, aiming for 10% and eat very healthy.
