stretcher and bathmate work??

I am frank from the Netherlands and new here and wearing for 4 weeks now an penis stretcher under my cloths...and would like to order also an bathmate...i have now an penis in erection 6.3 and woul lkie to have 7.4 but is that possible...i do not see any difference yet ...does anyone know if the devices works>????

Technically the devices should work. Have you tried the beginners routine of jelqing and manual stretching? I personally feel that any device is inferior to manual exercises. I also feel that you need to have jelqing as a staple to your PE regimen - it's probably the best PE exercise there is, in my opinion. Also, 1.1" inches is entirely doable, given time. Good luck!
