I think frenuloplasty could help... But go and see a doctor. I'd also like longer tongue, but I don't know is there anything I can do about it. I'll have to do frenuloplasty since my lower teeth are really sharp. Basically, I can't kiss someone or lick something without hurting/injuring myself. Which sucks big time.

I have a tight frenulum of the tongue, it pulls hard on my tongue. I was once told by a dentist that it could be clipped by a doctor for more range of movement. I never bothered to look into it, since it doesn't interfere with my speech (the most common reason doctors do it), or pull enough on my lower gums. Oral sex is doable so it's not a huge problem. But I have been made fun of when people ask me to stick my tongue out, and it barely sticks out (and heads downward as it comes out).

Go see a doctor and ask about it.

im not sure about growth, but i can tell you guys that a really good way to train the tongue is to try eating yoghurts without a spoon..... just lick them out of the pot and try to reach as far as possible to the bottom.. being that the tongue is a muscle, there is a good possibility that the more you excersize it, the more likely growth is
