you still gain... what your saying is basically a guy who does light weights and more reps in the gym, wont grow muscle... when in fact they will. i dont like the way erect jelqs feel so i do the flaccid to semi.... i still gain... so!

Erection levels of 50% or so are much more effective for girth gain. Since they are, it only stands to reason that if he can get his erection level to stay up he will have a more effective routine.
