Default Edging may not be for me

I have been doing the begginer routine suggested by PEsuccessguy. The rountine is awesome and i have no doubt eventually i will grow, but when i edge my penis really tightens up.
That brings me to my question, when i was younger my penis was way bigger than it is now, but i use to masturbate all
the time and eventually i became smaller.
It seem like my penis was tightening up and shrinking.

What happen?

Should i just continue to workout the same way or is there anything that could benefit me more do to the way i lost size?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I used to masturbate a lot too and what happens is that eventually the nerves all over your penis go into overload and don't respond as well. What I suggest you do is just do the routine minus the edging for a couple of weeks first and then add the edging sessions, starting with only a couple of minutes and then slowly adding more time. Now, a key thing you gotta understand about edging is that the grip and general touch has to be VERY LIGHT and not just stroking wildly like when masturbating.

Also, another thing I advice you to do is to do your jelqs with a fairly light grip (tight enough to trap a nice bulge of blood to push across each repetition; that's all) and also make sure to stop at a half inch before the edge of the glans, which will help re sensitize all the nerves in such a nerve-rich part of your penis.

Masturbation doesn't cause your penis to shrink lol. Many on here will tell you to continue masturbating as its natural. As for you penis tightening up, it's probably a result of PE'ing which is a good sign. I'd just continue what you are doing and you'll be find.

But could you explain edging a bit more, i thought it was masturbating but just holding off on ejaculation.

Although masturbation does not cause your penis to actually shrink, the overwhelming of the nerves from too much masturbation does in fact make the penis tighten up for some men. This in turn will prevent the penis from achieving maximum engorgement, even though the hardness of the erection is still solid. For this very reason, it is understood that both edging and ballooning MUST be done with a light-as-a-feather approach.

I agree with W.M.P also if your drinking a lot of coffee or consuming to many rock stars this coulds also be a cause of the shrinking effect.

Yeah, that's some pretty interesting stuff, WMP! I agree with WMP that edging has to be very light, not like strong masturbating at all.

I agree with Kingpole too that energy drinks and caffeine will make your penis, and your whole body, tense up.

I have another question (sorry =D)
In that post you sent me you talk about learning about how too much masturbation is bad
and how you learn that by researching medicine and ancient teachings.
I would love to know what books you read.
I guess it interest me because it feels like somone stole my stuff and gave me this little thing, i would love to
