You should tell her why. Don't hold back on your reasons, she needs to know it all. But, be careful. From the sounds of it, she is going to try to bait you into staying in that situation, maybe even try to have sex with you to prevent you from leaving. Don't fall for it, be strong and know that there are better women out there who will be good to you. Avoid any and all contact from her after you break up with her too, you might think your feelings have calmed down enough to have contact, but that is rarely ever they case.

If you were to just leave and say nothing, then you would be put in an awkward spot one day when you two bump into each other. It always happens.

If she tries to insult you when you inform her, you have a decision to make. Be calm and respectful in your replies back or quip back. Personally, if I wasn't such a quick talker I would rather be calm and respectful but I tend to speak before thinking in cases like that which doesn't end well often honestly. First of all, I can't believe you didn't up and leave her as soon as she said she cheated on you.

As for your question, the best thing to do is to go to her house and tell her you are done with the relationship because of the cheating and making you feel awful by making fun of your penis. Then just walk away and don't explain yourself because you have nothing to be ashamed of, she is just a plain awful person and she needs to grow up.

Don't stay if she cries, don't stay if she yells and screams, she hurt you in many ways and doesn't deserve you.

She cheated on you. She should be bad. You owe her no explanation whatsoever as to why you are leaving her. And if you must say something to her when you're getting out, just ask why she would try to hurt you so badly and then close the door behind you before a load of BS starts to flow out of her mouth.

I too have very low self esteem and too much experience with toxic and destructive relationships... It hard to break free from them when you are caught in it and you are emotionally trained to chase after the approval..which is basically what your partner has you doing. You owe it to yourself to learn to like who you are independent of who you are with, and if your partner is generating more self dislike or weakening your esteem you need to recognize its toxic for you and that you are punishing yourself by staying with that person. Her cheating and the way she treats you has nothing to do with your dick size. Some people when they see another person isn't confident or their self worth is able to be manipulated by outside influence will take advantage of it. You need to find a person who doesn't use your "weaknesses" against you or to their advantage.

Good for you mate! You deserve it. So many of us come from variously abusive pasts that we stumble along blindly for years making mistakes we do not even know about. I myself have gone through allot of changes over the years and have come through very strong. Even though I learned it intellectually at a young age, it took me a long time to develop the wisdom to actually stop seeking the approval of other people, esp. women I want. In the end, you only need to answer to God and for the life you live. What person X, Y, Z thinks only has value if we let it. Today, I could care less what any of my exs think of me, but that was not always true. Adversity is always there in some form but ending a relationship like yours is a bigger step than many ever take. The advice on this thread was great I must say so I only wanted to add encouragement to you and anyone else struggling with a similar problem.
