Hello guys,
I want to ask you one question about this strange thing I noticed.
I started doing a regular workout (I made a custom one according to what I fell is my need) since 2 weeks, essentially the workout is the following: every other day I do 100 kegels at maximum speed (following the indications by minuteman in an excellent thread), 100 reverse kegels at maximum speed, and then about 5-10 minutes of "wave kegels" (I don't know if the name is right, otherwise this is a new term): I start relaxed, then I kegel slowly until the maximum strength, then I hold for about 5 seconds, then I relax slowly and I reverse kegel until maximum "pull", I hold for 5 seconds and back again.
In addition, I'm edging almost every day, not stopping but only reverse-kegeling when I'm getting close to the PONR.
The strange thing I noticed is that in the days when I workout, it's more difficult for me to have a 100% erection, and mainly it's difficult to hold it for a long period. In the days off (no workout apart from edging), I got easily a strong erection, and it remains (more or less) the same until the end of the session.
Do you guys noticed the same behavior? Is it normal? Maybe it's better not to do edging during workout days, following a schema like
WO | EDGING | WO | EDGING | WO | EDGING | WO
for each week?
Thanks for your answers
PS: since I started the training I noticed an INCREDIBLE improving of the EQ and stability.....cool, these exercises really work!
