I've been doing PE for about 4-5 months now.
I finished JP's program and have now started my own program of the following:
2 rounds of 30 second stretch each direction (up,down, straight, left, right)
2 rounds of 30 second helicopter stretch, slow (about 6 helicopters total)
3 rounds of of that one stretch where you grab your balls and stretch out and then also grab your glans and stretch out (30 seconds)
3 rounds of tunica tugs (30 seconds)
3 rounds of flaccid bend (30 seconds)
4 rounds of uli squeeze (45 seconds)
15 mins of reg. jelq
10 mins of advanced V-jelq
I have been doing this new program for about a month and a half so far and even will all the PE i have done so far, I have had ZERO gains.....
What could be the reason? do some people just not gain? I really want to ad some girth as well as length but nothing seems to be working....
How can I figure out what exercises will be most effective and how much I should be exercising?
