    Hey all,
    I've been doing PE for about 4-5 months now.
    I finished JP's program and have now started my own program of the following:
    2 rounds of 30 second stretch each direction (up,down, straight, left, right)
    2 rounds of 30 second helicopter stretch, slow (about 6 helicopters total)
    3 rounds of of that one stretch where you grab your balls and stretch out and then also grab your glans and stretch out (30 seconds)
    3 rounds of tunica tugs (30 seconds)
    3 rounds of flaccid bend (30 seconds)
    4 rounds of uli squeeze (45 seconds)
    15 mins of reg. jelq
    10 mins of advanced V-jelq

    I have been doing this new program for about a month and a half so far and even will all the PE i have done so far, I have had ZERO gains.....
    What could be the reason? do some people just not gain? I really want to ad some girth as well as length but nothing seems to be working....
    How can I figure out what exercises will be most effective and how much I should be exercising?

    Well, I really don't know what to say! Pe is a fickle thing, perhaps you need to do a new routine that isn't so advanced, perhaps you are in need of a more medium routine. Perhaps you are a slow, but steady grower. Please, do not give up hope!

    Current(16/May/2013)

    I'm also doing foreskin restoration and growing myself as a person.

    Allright mate, Im no expert on pe myself so my advice doesnt count for much, but from what I understan, ulis, flacid bends & tunica tugs are for more advanced pe'ers, maybe take a break & come back slowly with a light routine? I understand how frustrated you must feel as I too have had a hard time with pe, but with consistency i seem to have gained .4" in length, no girth as of yet, I was originally jelqing & stretching quite intensely but I found when I took it easier the gains came, nothing major but they came. I believe anyone can gain from pe with the right technique & program. Practice doesnt make perfect, perfect practice makes perfect, proper technique & form of the exercises is essential imo!
    Anyways hope ive helped a little & if I havnt hopefully someone more advanced will see this & help, I know the feeling of being a newb, posting problems & no one helping to answer them! Someone help this guy out!

    You've been given some solid advice. PE is a VERY fickle thing and the gains come when they come. It's he who is patient and persistent who will ultimately win the battle. I've been at this for close to 8 years now and I was in the bathroom earlier shaving my junk and for whatever reason, I got a huge boner.........I have personally never seen myself get THAT hard THAT fast where a naked lady wasn't involved. And when I saw my dick standing at attention, that was when I thought "oh yeah......I've arrived".....but it took me YEARS to get here. Not saying it'll take you years but it is a process that does take time. And over those 8 years, I've manually wet jelqd, used the Jelq Device ( I cannot begin to tell you how many of those I've gone through over the years), I've done erect bends (NOT for the beginner!!), Uli's, Horse squeezes..........I've also hung weights, manually stretched..........you name it, I've done it. And what has always worked for me is tried and true manual wet hand jelqs and Uli squeezes.

    I'm doing pe for 10 months now and gained almost 0.4 inch in lenght , and 0.1 inch in girth , it's not alot compared to others that gain the same amount in few months , but it's still better than nothing , if this routine woun't work try something different and see if that's working .

    Are you doing a good warm up/down? also how many days do you give yourself to rest? you might be overworking

    To answer your question directly, I have heard of people that didn't gain at all, and a couple that even lost size. I don't think this means that you're doomed though! Get creative and try some new things! Ease into using devices if need be. I firmly believe that anyone can gain, but I also believe that most people give up too easily. 2-3 months is too early to tell in my opinion. If your PIs are good, up the ante a little and push yourself outside of your comfort zone. We all respond differently.
