Default Is PE bad for heart???

Look I am 20 years old and been PE from 18.The last 1 and half year I was very stressed because I had many work to do in university and at the same time keep my errections and my size that I have gained. This means that some days of the weak for the whole 1 and half year I was sleeping for 4 hours or less in order to success to my schedule. Some time in the midle of this period I started feeling very bad my errections were more light and I started having anxiety sock. This hapenned for six months every single day worst that the day before. So here I am today with the most exams passed in university and with the very much wanted 7.6EL penis in my pants. The thing that I have to say is the days that I have anxiety sock my heart started to pain and although this I forced my self to make PE and I was feeling discomfort for the 3 hours that took me to make 150 jeqls because of the anxiety. This that concers me is that now that I have less anxiety my heart sometimes when I get anxious starts to pain again and when I take my hand to my heart it palms very very quickly....I have said this to my mom and she said that it is not the heart that pains but the nerves.I am going to see a doctor for this soon but do you think that PE may have done smt bad to my heart????

Sounds like more of a panic attack to me, papaki. Not caused by your PE, but I think rather your fear of losing size (which would cause you to use PE and be afraid to miss sessions, causing more anxiety, etc.). PE itself didn't have a negative effect on your heart, but I think that you really overstressed and took your PE routine too seriously. Also the years of stress and only getting 4 hours of sleep would have had a negative effect on you too.

Absolutely. You're most likely having panic attacks, which have several symptoms including tightness/pain in the chest. PE has nothing to do with it; you pushed yourself WAY too hard for way too long and now your body is asking for a break. Your mom is absolutely right when she says that it's your nerves; your nervous system got heavily taxed from too much stress and not enough sleep to recover from that daily stress. Sleep is extremely important for overall health, since it gives our body a chance to recover and regenerate after a long day's work. Just relax and make sure to catch up on sleep. Eat healthy meals, drink plenty of water and try to get some combination of cardio & strength training. In time, you'll be back in top shape.

Pap calm down, drink green tea it is great for those rough anxiety filled moments at university. Green tea is good for anxiety because it contains the amino acid theanine also known as the anti worry amino acid.
