Hello, I have a question about strengthening the kegal muscles. I was wondering if kegaling during mid piss hard enough to stop the stream is good to strengthen the bc muscles. I usually piss 6 to 8 times a day and squeeze about 3 times a piss and hold it for a few seconds. Is this a good conditioning excersize or am I wasting my time? And if it is a good excersize, is it enough? Would I need to add regular kegals on to get the full benifit?
