    Hey Everyone!!,
    I discovered this website a few months ago, as i wanted to improve my erection quality, and in the process i looked at the success forums and was suprised that people were increasing their penis size successfully, as i had previously thought it was impossible.

    Anyway, i decided to do the JP90 routine to see if i could increase my size, although i know its a conditioning phase. Now having completed it, ive been pleasantly surprised. I didnt measure before i started the JP90, but i can tell you my penis definately looks bigger and much more vascular, which i like.

    After the JP90 i measured 6.75nbp and 5.5EG, with a maximum goal of 8.5x6.5, although i may reduce that. Im now a big PE fan, and will continue until i reach my goals. My main focus right now is length and base girth as its currently the smallest area, so if anyone has any exercises they reccomend, i would appreciate any advice.

    If you are looking for length and base girth you just named the two best features of hanging, that is if you dont have an issue going in that direction.

    Thankyou for your suggestion BigO, it is something i would consider in the future, but i would much prefer to achieve my gains manually. Im going to do a bit of researching for base girth exercises and see what i can find. But any other suggestions from anyone is welcomed.
