Hi, all! Firstly, I have to say, I'm really impressed of what you've achieved here! Keep up the good work!

So, here's my story. I've been visiting your site for some time now but haven't decided to start PEing yet. First of all, I'm still 19 and from my bodybuilding experience I know that one should be extra careful with his body at least until the age of 23-25, because it is still developing in some aspects or others. Secondly, I have a 6,6" BPEL and a 5" BPEG package with which I personally am quite comfortable and I haven't had any bad feedback from the ladies about performance, volume, etc so far. Being led from the saying "don't try to fix something that ain't broke", I'm wondering what your veteran opinion is. I mean, there is place for improvement, no doubt there, but is it worth taking the risk? I know that I can seriously mess myself up with PE. For instance, when I do kegels (the normal 4-5 sec reps) I do feel a funny semi-pain sensation in my testicles afterwards. And it can't be from too weak PC muscles since I can hold a kegel for more than minute, which according to what I've read around here is a good time for a beginner (I've tried using it several times during sex, but I'm not quite sure if it brought anything, I guess that quality as well as duration of the kegel matter in such cases). I dunno if it's normal or not, having had no previous training and so on, but it really scares the shit out of me to know that some sunny morning I can wake up with a crippled tool. And that definitely ain't worth some self-esteem buffing.

Hmm.. O.K., the post might sound a little pussy but I'd really like to hear what you have to say - opinions, personal experience, anything that you think is going to bring me to the right decision.

Welcome to the forum

Just as with bodybuilding, PE is safe if you use patience and prudence. There are quite a few gentlemen on this very forum that have successfully done PE with little to no negative side effects. My suggestion would be for you to read through the main portion of this site as well as the beginner routines. They'll put you on the right track.

As for whether or not you should take up PE, that's going to have to be your call. At the very least, you should maintain your sexual fitness with some kind of regular stamina routine.

About your stamina work- the pain that you are feeling is likely coming from your cremaster muscles. They surround the testes and are responsible for raising the scrotum. They are relatively small in comparison to the PC muscle and can easily be strained. The PC can be a difficult muscle to isolate, but a good way of doing it would be to do your kegels with an erection and focus on raising and lowering your penis only. This will teach you to isolate the PC.

Hope this helps, and feel free to post any questions you may have.

Well Balth, it's a personal decision to PE. You found this site, so you must have SOME type of interest in either improving your size or sexual stamina. Regardless of your intentions, there is something to be gained from PE. Can you SERIOUSLY mess yourself up from PE? I don't think so, as long as you use common sense. Don't over train, and stay away from the risky stuff like clamping until you are truly ready and you will be fine. Take you time and don't push yourself...good things will come.

As far as kegels go, it's very easy to overdue them and kill your EQ for a day or so. Start with a low amount of quick kegels, then when that gets too easy hold your kegel for a few seconds, then you can add reps and go on from there. The point of kegeling is to avoid ejaculation, so when you near the PONR you kegel to deter youself from getting off.

If you do decide to PE, follow JonPop's 90 Day Routine. Take it slow, ALWAYS jelq, and try to keep things on the light side. You are the determining factor in your PE, you decided how commited you will be, how hard/consistant you will PE, what you will do to yourself, etc. There is something to be gained here, but proper knowledge and practice of PE are vital to success.

I hope you make whatever decision is right for you. GOOD LUCK!

Balth, there's a lot to learn and to explore on this sight, also in many books and questions to other members. Maybe this will be of great beifit as your go 10, 20 ,30 years down the road and your unit needs a great workout to keep it in prime condition. Maybe pc control and multiple orgasms would be of interest. Lots to consider. Maybe this would keep that special someone coming back for more with all that accumulated knowledge and ability. Men are more than just the size of there unit but all the knowledge, wisdom, patience, control and accumulate judgment that makes them what they are.
Hope you join in and have fun.
