    Hello I am 18 years old and would like to start exercising my penis regularly.

    I have some questions:

    1. FL is Flaccid length which means 'the length of a stretched soft penis'. But how long do I need to stretch it out, like how far? Just normally? Any video?
    2. I want to do kegels and jelqs as I suffer from premature ejaculation. I will do jelqs every other day but how many? Are jelqs alone enough for penis gains? Jelqs are for lenght only or add to the girth too?

    Flacid lenght is unstretched and it varies a bit I just get an average.
    You are refering to stretched flacid just stretch and measure .
    I suggest you use one of the beginner routines which will tell you the amount of work required even then it is best to take some time to work into it. i suggest you do both kegels and reverse kegels.
