Hello I am 18 years old and would like to start exercising my penis regularly.
I have some questions:
1. FL is Flaccid length which means 'the length of a stretched soft penis'. But how long do I need to stretch it out, like how far? Just normally? Any video?
2. I want to do kegels and jelqs as I suffer from premature ejaculation. I will do jelqs every other day but how many? Are jelqs alone enough for penis gains? Jelqs are for lenght only or add to the girth too?
