I have read in the book exercising the penis by Aaron that you can do this exercise every time you urinate. Yet doctors say that you shouldn't because stop mid flow so many times cause problem to your bladder.
Is that so?
Then, I try to find my pelvic floor muscles .. but when I stop urinate I feel more pressure inside my penis rather that at the bottom of my body.
May be my muscles are weak, It seems I can only contract my anus, anyone experienced difficulty to find his pelvic floor muscles?
