    I have read in the book exercising the penis by Aaron that you can do this exercise every time you urinate. Yet doctors say that you shouldn't because stop mid flow so many times cause problem to your bladder.
    Is that so?

    Then, I try to find my pelvic floor muscles .. but when I stop urinate I feel more pressure inside my penis rather that at the bottom of my body.
    May be my muscles are weak, It seems I can only contract my anus, anyone experienced difficulty to find his pelvic floor muscles?

    It takes time to isolated your kegel and reverse kegel muscles, you should search for a good beginner routine and try both, there's so much information here already on how to help you isolate it, just check out the premature ejaculation forum on this site.

    Starting and stopping is an ok way to find out how it feels to start and stop with kegels but don't do that every time you go to the washroom, just do it a few times or even once to know what it feels like.
