Hi I'm new , current stats are 5.12"x5" , I would like to be 6"x5.25" in about three months. Is this realistic? Im going to follow PESG as im inspired about his story. He posted this *10-Minutes – Warm Up
*Basic Stretching (left, right, straight out, straight up, left and right circle stretches)
    *10-Minutes – Wet Jelqing (5 second strokes)
*I also kegeled 120 times while doing the routine along with 100-200 during the day
*This routine was done religiously on a 2 days on and 1 day off regiment. Would this be good for a noob like me?

Hello, First of all, welcome to the GYM

No one knows for sure how much you can gain in a given time frame, some people gain fast, others gain slower but if you are here for the long haul then you'll definitely reach your goal and even more, however having that said, your expectations don't seem to be far fetched especially in the girth department, some reports even more gains than that.

Length comes first especially with your starting girth, and PESG is a great Newbie routine, nice pick

    Good luck

Thanks , yeah im not too worried about girth at the moment the main aim is length as its below average. Will the program i posted be more for length or girth?

You shouldn't worry about that for now, the beginner's routine targets both, but only how your body responds to the exercises will determine the gains.

Also keep in mind, that the main purpose of a newbie routine is to condition your penis for more intense exercises should you ever need them in the future.

And for most people length comes easier

It's totally up to you, but try and make it every month or three months so you don't get discouraged as gains "may" come slowly and you can't expect to chart a minute increase on the ruler

See, this is what gets me frustrated. People always say that the first gains you'll see is length and THEN girth. I've been doing this for 3 months it's been the exact opposite (although, the gains in girth are bearly noticeable). So I feel like I'm doing everything wrong. Could someone post links to videos showing how to properly jelq/v-jelq using the JP90 routine? I'd apreciate it.

    Start 29 july 2011:
    5 BPEL
    5.9 EG
    Now:
    6.65 BPEL
    6.1 EG
*I had bad EQ when I measured ,so I think that the real gaining in length is slightly over 1. inch.
    Goal: 7 BPEL august 2013.
My grammar is bad since English isn't my first language.
