I was looking through the exercises and I found "Jelquing" I was wondering how many (for lack of a better word) reps you do? As it did not say on the tutorial page.

TwitterYou can do as many reps as you can stand during a set. Two strokes (one with each hand) equals one rep.

Depends how long you can last ;]
Jokes aside, if you're just starting, it's recommended you do about 10-15 minutes, I believe. Each full jelq being about 3-4 seconds, 60 / 3-4(not real math) = 20-15/minute; 15/20 x 10 (minutes, ghetto math) = 150-200 reps, so that would be a good start! Warm Up and Warm Down and keep an eye out for your Physiologic Indicators (PIs)
