    Hello,

    I'm 19 and I've done PE for 10 months (no gains in size) with some breaks from time to time. I did streching (5 directions: straight, left, right, down, up, 25 seconds each) and jelqing (5-10 minutes), warming up with hot water (under the shower) for 15 minutes and warming down for 5 minutes. I have started and stopped many times because of the problems I met on the road (usually related to overtraining).

    1 month ago (or more) I think I exagerated a little bit by applying too much pressure while jelqing. After that, I took a break and after a week I started again PE, but I felt like something was wrong (when flaccid). I had some stains on the penis skin, but not that prominent. It was like I had more blood in some parts of it, therefore becoming darker in those regions (darker on the top, on the skin which covers the gland - probably due to the blood forced forward while jelqing). Also, my penis contracts more often, showing more often smaller when flaccid and the textures tends to be reddish sometimes.

    After that, even if I hadn't done PE in last 2 days, I saw red spots on the gland after sex (these red spots weren't there before sex, or they weren't pronounced).

    Specification: I'm porn-free and last time I masturbated 1 month ago (and I'll keep it this way).

    It's been a while since I haven't masturbated and haven't done PE, but the problem didn't disappear. I only have sex - my erection is fine.

    It is safe to start PE on a low-pressure jelqing ? How long should I wait before starting again ?

    Just start up with a beginner routine like jp90 and go from there, and be consistent.

    Take more than 2 days off. It's difficult to say how much, but at least wait until you stop turtling (the shrinkage you describe).

    Warm up better next time you start up, and be more gentle with your jelqs. Search for "firegoat rolls" which may help you with some of the discoloration. If the discoloration is just a skin issue, some cocoa butter or a similar lotion may help you moisturize the skin. Time alone should help, too, as the skin naturally rejuvenates.

    I'd start back with the simplest routine (like Remek's or PSEG's routine) done 3 days per week - maybe 4 as you begin to recondition yourself.
