Hey. I try to do kegels to improve my erection. I Can do some squeeze for 1-2 seconds then it goes off. I m able to control ejaculation and stop before the point of no return. The things that bother me is 1) When i kegel without erection i feel the penis head so sensitive when i m finished with kegels and i dont do so many of them to overtrain or something and 2 ) I dont know if i m using the PC correctly cause i feel my penis tired after the workout. Can you help me plz
