Hello, I've being doing JonPop's routine, 2 days on 1 off as it works better for me than 5 on 2 off. I also edge frequently, 4~5 times per week. Tomorrow is going to be my 9th session. It's going all great, but I got some newbie questions: 1- The stretches listed in this routine are: upwards, straight out, left and right. Is it wrong to stretch downwards? Also I have low LOT, don't know if it matters. 2- The 25 kegels you do during the stretches, do they count to your kegel routine? 3- Depending on the 2 above answers, I was thinking about making 30 kegels during each stretch also holding the stretch for 30 seconds, this way I could reach 150 kegels (also stretching downwards). Is this OK for a beginner? 4- How the 'quick kegel' should be done? I try to tense the muscle as hard as I can for something like 0.5 second. Am I doing it right? Thank you in advance! |

1. Stretch any which direction and its opposite. If you go up, then I'd go down, and vise-versa. 2. Do as many kegels as you can as much as you can. That's my philosophy anyway. However, I personally do not kegel while holding my penis because I am slightly stimulated, which in turn teaches my body to kegel when stimulated which is bad for premature ejaculation. You want to have a strong pc muslce, but you want to be able to relax it for stamina. 3. It's perfectly fine for a beginner. You can't kegel too much. 4. Yes. If you are looking, you should continuously see little tiny bounces in the crease where your penis meets the skin, or perhaps see your penis bounce depending on the erection level and strength of the kegels. |
