I have been doing the beginner routine for the past week, 1 day 2 days of. Now do i do it 1 day and take 1 day of or do i keep doing 1 day 2 days of?

If doing the beginners routine, after the first week you then do every other day, so 1 day on 1 day off. I used that particular routine and have had a lot of luck with it.

What feels good to you Brian? You're the only one who knows your comfort level. These guys give us great advice but we still have to assert our own intellect and common sense into our training. When first training we're learning ourselves, as we should be paying attention to what our body is telling us. PE should never be painfull or wearing on you. You should feel exhilliarated from it and your unit should show favorable signs rather than negative signs.
