I've been PEing for a while (maybe about a year?) and I've been mainly doing only one-handed jelqs (switching hands after an even amount of reps so I can get both sides evenly... not sure if it matters) and kegels. So far the results have been positive and the work has been paying off! However, I stumbled across this forum recently and I've been lurking for a while. Now I see that there's a lot more to do! So about jelqing. Before I referred to the one-handed jelq has just a jelq. Then I saw Big Al's video on the jelq: FREE Penis Enlargement Videos! jelq, jelqing, jelquing, kegels, DLD blasters, oriental massage, squeezes I can see that he uses both hands when jelqing instead of using one to control the blood flow. Is this a better form of jelqing than the one-handed jelq? From what I can see he's getting the entire length of the penis which means the entire penis is being exercised while one-handed jelqing can't get the very base of the penis at all. I've heard of the baseball-bat-shaped penis which occurs from only exercising the top-half of your penis which sort of worries me, so should I try this form of jelqing in the video? Now what about girth? One-handed jelqs have improved my girth, but I see more of an improvement with my length than my girth. What are some exercises that will actually help with girth specifically and effectively? I've heard ballooning might help, but from what I've read ballooning is more of an endurance-controlling exercise than a girth one. |

Bigger grth is the best part of more enjoyable sex, since many women can't handle a really long sclong (over 7-8"), more time and technique spent on girth will pay better benefits. Welcome FTB. I have always done 2 handed jelqs, they have worked very well for me. Have you tried v jelqs? Those are another productive excercise, which can help with girth. As for strictly girth oriented excercises, I would recommend checking out the post created by Radiohead called "Trouble gaining girth? Join in. You're not alone.". Radiohead has compiled a lot of in depth info in that post which was gathered from many members. Best of luck, there is plenty of support here should you need it.

i kinda need some help..when i try to do exercises and i try touching my penis it becomes erect already when i barely touch it..and ive heard that you cant do the workouts when your penis is erect. it it ok if i just do a little of the workout then stop as soon as my penis gets erect and when it goes down start again will i still progress? even though im not doing it very consistently? thanks |

Yep that will work. If you'll be doing jelq with a higher erection lighten your grip. Add edging in your session to make use of that.

FTB if it is working why change it? But in wet jelq, two hand is really more effective.^^before releasing the other left the right hand was ready to go up, and so on, thus blood was being more contained. One hand jelq was for dry jelq, yeas this will promote girth.^^ jelq always do.
