I don't know if this is possible. . .but check this out I haven't been doing PE religiously. . Once or twice a week of purely stretching.. some jelqs maybe every other week. . . My primary concern is EQ which I'm visiting a urologist about. .. but kegels have helped. . Anyway, I used to turtle a lot, even before I knew what it was. I added bed fowfers a few times a week just for 5 or 10mins and I have stopped turtling so much. . today when I was at my most flavvid state I grabbed my head and stretched out far. . . It seems I can stretch it really far. . I grabbed a tape measure I can stretch it almost to 8inches. . Wtf!? Well.. 8 with bone pressed (I don't know if this counts) I wish it was that big when hard. . . Well, thicker. . Like I said I did this at my most flaccid smallest state so it was like a gummy worm hahah very thin and stretchy What's this mean |

Your routine was focus in your flaccid gain. Stretch and fowfer specially fowfer. Since you seldom do jelq the tunica which cover the cc and cs was develop first than the smooth muscle, yes you can consider them gains. If I'm in you situation I will add jelq in a higher erection for a rock hard EQ and put something to the added tunica. Read TGC theory.. Does this mean I am most likely an easy gainer? I mean stretching and fowfer very randomly every once ina while and I see better flaccid length and gain |

I assure you if I had an 8" flaccid stretch (mine is almost 7.5" now) I'd soon have me close to an 8" Erection. Epsilon gave you good advise, take advantage of it. Here's wishing you a Good Hard 8!!!

Your current routine is not balance, so you need to adjust the axis, if you are doing 70% tunica exercises(stretch) 30% smooth muscle (jelq), just do 70%Smooth muscle (jelq) and 30% Tunica stretch. Lastly don't forget your kegel and edging (However, it would appear that when we do girth exercises, the main pressure comes on the inside (from a rapid influx of blood flow) Hope this information can help^^ Good luck to a rock hard penis.. are you taking supplements. If I'm in your shoes I'll Follow KP's regimen. .
