Default what is the other factor that we need to pay attention for faster growing

Anyone have any idea?? What is the factor that will help us to grow faster..
like supplement or motivation or eating habit or what..
any advice?? i need to know it, so i can fix it..

Not so simple. Metabolism is a bit tricky as it relies on so many different things. A healthy diet with proper nutrition and all the necessary viatmins and minerals is a very good start, however, your body still has to metabolize properly. Something it learns to do and adapts to. Protein synthesis for instance (required to build new muscle and tissue) .........is our body in sync? With me it has taken time and adjustment and I will adjust more, but my positive attitude is what I attribute most success to.

I'm a firm beleiver in the zone diet. I've been on it for years. I don't know how it pertains to PE growth but as far as overall health it's been great for me. I cook everything with extra virgin olive oil. When I go to restaurants I always ask for olive oil. I put it on everything. I also snack on macademia nuts. And my meals are a mixture of good protiens, carbs, and fats. Sorry didn't mean to turn this into a diet forum but that's how i live and like I said I don't know if it has anything to do with growing.

So what food is the best option for a healthy diet??
and what must we avoid for faster growing??
I never ever ever do it before..
and btw i'm a vegie, so don't tell me to eat some meat i can throw it up before swallow it..

That is too funny PhibbysHammer. As I have started PE, I have also begun exercising more in general and eating much healthier. I have followed some of JonPop's supplement suggestions and using common sense to eating. I have lost about 15 pounds and yet gaining down under! This is a great lifestyle.
