Default a new split

i used to do 2 days on and 1 off as the split....now for personal reasons i need to do 1 day on 1 day off....what are the consequences? isn't it effective?

I would also like to know the answer to this.

I find that every other day I don't have chance to do my routine!

Goal EG 4.5" - 5.0"

Your dick grows during rest, not during the workout, same applies to lifting weights with your muscles.

I did not grow on the 5 days a week newb routine, so I dropped to 3 days a week routine, with shower warm-ups and 10 mins tretches and 15 min jelqs. I would think this is sufficient for atleast 6 months for a beginner.
