I've been doing PE stealth like for 2 years and I've come to the conclusion that jelqing alone doesn't work. I mean you will get harder erections and maybe achieve more unknown size because of that, but unless you have a stretching routine and do your kegels and uli/squeezes the jelqs aren't fully utilized. It's like one feeds the other...the jelqs help keep blood moving and things healthy. I don't know, what do you guys think? |

I think jelqing does work in isolation but combined with stretching, it will enhance your results. Jelqing will give you more volume in your penis and really improve erections. You need this to reach your goals. What's the point in having a big dick that doesn't fill up with blood to the maximum hardness it can be. However, you do need to stretch also as you need to train your ligs to get longer and more elastic. However, again you need jelqing so that you can fill your penis with enough blood to make it hard. Kegels, jelqing and stretching are all important!

The thing that must be remembered whenever we are dealing with PE is that what works for me or you may not work for another guy, it seems like with all the information and theory out there we should have a good idea on why this is so, but as it turns out none of us have really pinned the tail on the donkey so to speak as far as why x works for one guy and not the other. In my case, I have yet to do a single jelq and I have since my latest measurement yesterday gained a total of 1.3 inches length and 1.2 inches in girth. I consider myself to be pretty lucky as those are pretty big gains for a guy who only just coming close to the four and a half month marker, but I am not sure how to account for these variances. Now me saying that I grow without jelqs is not an indictment of jelqing as ineffective, it just so happens that stretching and flacid bends have been my wonder routine. I would suggest to mix it up, do some stretching and jelqing together as one poster mentioned already. Maybe even add some bends in for a little bit of variety, just keep it up no matter what routine you go for and you will have success. |

Absolutely, I totally agree. What are flaccid bends by the way. I kind of know what you are referring to but just want to double check.

well if u jelq at lower erection levels than iam sure you will see some length gain.. you know what i feel really works for me is doing my PE exercises then balloning for about 30min to an hour boy! i feel like a stud after that
