I am into PE now, have done 3 sessions of 90Day beginners routine so far and could see little better erection and healthy unit which makes me feel better. When i stretch my unit foreskin comes .5" out of my glans after covering. Here the problem is when i pull foreskin back and hold the glans with OK grip, stretch it while doing kegels after say 10 kegel the glans slips inside foreskin and i lose grip, due to this i am unable to hold my stretch for longer period. How can i get rid of this problem? |

Glad to hear that I've given back my first bit of sound of advice to the PE community lol Indeed this is my first month doing PE. I started on Monday of last week and it has gone incredibly fast indeed! I've been doing the 90 Day beginner routine, not religiously but 5 days out of 9 that have passed since my start date. I have noticed a definite increase in EQ (Erection Quality) and my penis feeeeeels like it is heavier and bigger but I'm not going to measure until a month has gone by in order to keep me motivated. What are your starting stats and what are you wanting to achieve through PE? Cult
