Question Foreskin, that inhibits my PE routine

I am into PE now, have done 3 sessions of 90Day beginners routine so far and could see little better erection and healthy unit which makes me feel better.

When i stretch my unit foreskin comes .5" out of my glans after covering. Here the problem is when i pull foreskin back and hold the glans with OK grip, stretch it while doing kegels after say 10 kegel the glans slips inside foreskin and i lose grip, due to this i am unable to hold my stretch for longer period.

How can i get rid of this problem?

Glad to hear that I've given back my first bit of sound of advice to the PE community lol

Indeed this is my first month doing PE. I started on Monday of last week and it has gone incredibly fast indeed!

I've been doing the 90 Day beginner routine, not religiously but 5 days out of 9 that have passed since my start date.

I have noticed a definite increase in EQ (Erection Quality) and my penis feeeeeels like it is heavier and bigger but I'm not going to measure until a month has gone by in order to keep me motivated.

What are your starting stats and what are you wanting to achieve through PE?
