Default Picking PE back up after many years and observations

Hi guys,

New to the forum but started trying PE 12 years ago. I found a couple web sites back then that were mostly about pumping but began dealing with jelqing and stretching somewhat (of course it was a much more crazy group of forum people which seemed to include a lot of flamers). Anyway, I did it on and off for a while, going even as so far as to buy Joel Kaplan's Penis Pump (with three tubes) and then around my divorce finally quit. It wasn't until my recent girlfriend began telling me how "big" I was (as opposed to the usual "it is perfect for me") did I get reinvigorated (though I think in fairness, her last few relationships were with the men who were fairly below average).

I found my journal from when I started in September of 1997 (I was 33) and noticed I had marked a BP messurement of 6.75 and girth at 5.0. I just the other day meassured myself (with a different ruler admitedly) and find I am BP 7.25 and girth at about 5.25 to 5.50. My routines back then consisted of a little pumping (which I doubt does much in terms of long term gain but certainly gives it a thicker temporary feel) and then jelqing and hanging weights. The weight was a 3 pound ankle weight connected to by a tube and washer contraption I learned from one of the sites.

Since I really had appeared to make some gain (unless over the years I have just "grown"), and my routines back then were fairly sporadic (a few weeks of doing 2 to 3 times a week of 15 minute jelq and maybe 40 minute weights at a time) I figure if I give it a few months with a stronger routine and consistant work, I may hit my old goal of a BP measurement of 8.0

I have found recently that the easiest thing to do instead of hanging weights is to stretch while either driving, or watching TV. This way I can work in a few hours on a given day. The car has been great as in loose shorts it makes it really easy. And the way the pelvis sits low in the seat, one only needs to hold below the glans and you don't really even need to "pull" to get a good stretch as the position does most of the work for you. It is also easier than having to stand up with a weight dangling between your legs.

I bought one of the "milking rollers" a few years back but never really started to use it so may incorporate it with jelqing.

I admit I do not fully get how this can all work as it seems that the tissue should just return to its original state after a while but my measurements do show me it is possible to make a little difference. Since most doctors seem to shrug off enlargement as a myth, it sometimes is hard to really work yourself up to putting in the time unless you can see the results but I think I have seen enough myself to know it is at least somewhat possible (some of the 2 inch gains I read about on the forums seem a bit of a "stretch" I have to say). I am going to try and do 5 to 7 hours of stretching a week and between an hour to 90 minutes of jelqing a week (assuming 3 to 4 times a week at about 20 minutes or so a time) and see if in 3 months time I don't get a new "firmer" meassurement. I do this not because I have an issue with my size (we almost always do no matter how big we are) but because it does make me feel better, like my abs or biceps do, and the look in my VERY beautiful girlfriend's face when she says "Lord, what a heavy penis you have" certainly doesn't hurt.

It does seem to me that most Penis Average stats found online are not using BP as a means of meassuring. I have read a few articles where the meassurement was explained as "base of penis to tip" and I think that was pretty common, even if innacurate as far as body fat change, etc. was concerned. With that in mind, I have always felt that the BP "average" of most men would be higher than those we commonly read about. In other words, if my BP was 6.75 and my base to tip was about 6.25 and the average reported meassurement was, say, 5.5 to 6.5 inches, then I truly fell right into average even though my more accurate BP was over average.

I may try and take photos as well starting this week to keep a better record, but am really glad to be back into this and seeing that the forums have become more honest and well thought out.

Here's to attaining our goals!

Welcome,

Read your post, liked it. Like the idea of slow progressive progress over long periods on time. This may not appeal to some but it shows the long term results and benefits. Also the idea of doing PE in multiple ways at different times of the day. Sitting and watching TV is a great time to stretch. I work on kegels during restroom breaks and standing when working. Pee pulls during restroom breaks. PE doesn't have to be so structured. Job one is keep your unit healthy and your sticker pecking out.

Have a great day.

Thanks for the welcome guys!

Yes, I hadn't realized how long ago I first started this until I looked into some old log books. I am still going through them now but did note that I made the first quarter inch or so in a month to 5 weeks of first doing some simple jelq and stretching (or rather, weights). I stopped measurements and almost completely stopped doing any exercises after about 3 to 4 months. I did occasionally pump, but even then did not know if pumping really helped. But since girth was more my thing, I would occasionally do it. So now, almost 12 years later after taking my measurements again and seeing that there really has been a change (granted the bulk of it took place a long time ago) I decided to pick it back up.

Over the last decade I would occasionally stretch or pull it but I am sure amounting to no more than an hour or two a month if I averaged it. So, that kind of slow-work did little to change anything but, my last "real" PE work out, my measurement was a hair over 7.0 in 1998, so now at just a bit over 7.25 (and though there is the possibility of a difference in centimeters with a different ruler but as my weight is within 5 pounds of that time I doubt it is too much) I assume the VERY casual work I have done over that long time has still stimulated a little growth. I am not sure which has helped more, the constant pulling or the jelqing, as I never just focused on one for any length of time.

I guess there is the possibility, as some say, your penis continues to grow with age (how nice would that be) and there is also the factor I try to be aware of that erections can vary sometimes. My change, though not dramatic, is at least enough to get me feeling more positive that this can be achieved. If I try to think it through scientifically at times I start to talk myself out of the idea of permanent growth in the erection, but I guess my own proof at the moment has given me "faith". This is why I would like to try and do weekly measurements of BP and "base to tip" as well as a dead stretch to make sure they remain constant. The photos may help too (at least with helping others believe) as if there is a noticeable difference with .5 to 1.0 inch of growth, it is better to see this than just read about it.

I am wondering now if something such as GH (Growth Hormone) would help? Not that I am about to venture down that lane but if it is taken by people to simulate youth and developing muscles at a later age (ie: Stallone), could it somehow help one doing PE exercises? And if so, is there natural alternatives such as maybe creatine, that might give an extra boost?

Anyway, good to be here and looking forward to contributing to the cause.
