Hello Folks After considerably doing enough research over the internet i figured out that , some of the naturally available foods will boost our testosterone levels naturally. Please look at the attachment which has the list of all the foods. I collected those images and prepared that pdf file. Looks like my file is too large to attach.. So here is the list Oyesters Egg Yolk Garlic Brocoli Cabbage Cauliflower Radish Brussel Sprouts Turnips Fish Well diet is one of the four factors for promoting this hormone. Other three being, Regular sexual activity, Sufficient Sleep and Compound excessing. Njoi

I eat all that, just not together. Except Oysters. I haven't started sucking snot out of peoples noses yet and that's what Oysters remind me of. YUK!

Good...Just keep eatin my share. Now, fried clams, I like. Oyster stew or chowder is also good. Just not that slimy stuff you have to suck out of the shell. *Barf*
