DP,

I don't think you will be dissapointed with the PE weights. They are invaluable to me. I have made good flaccid gains with them, and some erect gains too.

This stretch is amazing!@! IT really toughens up my inner penis... Great work on providing this to us!

Let me ask you something... how long do you, personally, like holding the stretch for?

This stretch is definitely different... It's not the normal SO or SU, i'll tell you that.

I really like the sounds of this stretch. I was first fascinated with the idea of stretching the penis from the perenium area from a thread at MOS. Someone had a picture of Mandingo it looked as if he had a huge increase in length that stemmed from base and perenium area. It also looked much fatter in that area too!

Dustpan: Congrats on your gains. You really want to make me try these out, but I just finished my stretching routine for today. I'm also really excited because your gains were NPL (which I could definitely use).

remek: I'm sure you remember of the routine that I"m trying out for the next couple of months (one day stretch/jelq and one day clamping, repeat). Stretching really hinders my erection strength, which is why I only wanted to do it every other day. I'll probably try these stretches out in a couple of days and see how they feel. I'll do one set in the morning and afternoon, and then leave my dry jelqs for the evening.

I tried them. hahahaa. Damn I'm impatient!

Couple questions:

1) Is the OK grip I use to grasp the penis and balls a palm up or palm down grip?
2) I'm un-cut. Should I still pull back my foreskin when I stretch upwards with my left hand?
3) Where should most of the pressure or stretch be felt? I feel that I'm stretching the skin of my ballsac more than my penis.

Yes, this is where I got the idea for this stretch. MOS's Expressive stretching? I can't remember the exact name. I just remember that to do the stretch that you needed to buy a certain product.

I'll try to answer these as best as possible. When doing this stretch you should feel the pressure in the perineum. I don't feel anything in my balls, maybe Dust can describe what he feels.

1) Very good question. The OK grip for me is palm up. This is what allows me to push upwards, causing the intense feeling in the perineum.

2) One hand should be used to grasp your penis and your balls in an OK grip. When you do this, you should have them both grasped at the base.

Let me try to go into a little more detail on this grip. You make an OK Grip. You take your index finger and your thumb and incircle your penis and your balls, at the "extreme base." Now, the palm of your hand should be on the perineum. To be more specific, the part of your palm that is right below the pinky finger should be where you push into the perineum (also in an upward motion so that you are pulling your penis and balls straight up.)

Now, your second hand is used to give an extra stretch. You use your second hand to actually pull the penis straight out (so the penis is being stretch in two spots. The first s pot, right at the base, and the second spot, whereever you can get a good grip and pull straight up.)

I don't know how this will work for you since your uncut. It shouldn't make a difference. But if you find a modification, feel free to post it here.


3) I feel this pressure below the testicles -- in the perineum (the area right between the anus and the testicles). The perineum is where the inner penis is. Hence the name, internal stretching.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have anymore questions.

P.S. I would wait until your next stretching day, as you originally said. Remember, you want to leave room so you can move up in intensity over the next 8-10 weeks
