this stretch sounds like the internal stretch.

and is the ok grip the same as the internal stretch when you grip the balls ?

Yes, I'm pretty sure this is the Internal Stretch as outlined in the Advanced Exercise Guide

I've tried these and found they are best done slowly and not every day. Lost wood from too much, too soon.
Like them though.

I edge before and after the internal stretch - this might gelp your issue maelsukr

(I haven't read everything)I have a question, could it be possible that if you do this, that the ligament may be pulled inwards, resulting in a decrease of length?

I just read through this thread and I would be super careful with this exercise, especially if you are new, or relatively new to P.E. I've been experimenting with it as of late and I've been at P.E. for over six years now. I would not have tried this during my first 6 months of p.e.

Easy does it, men!! Sometimes, less is more.
