I am an Asian, and in Asian culture it is noted that if you ejaculate, you release your life energy. Therefore, though ejaculation is healthy, if done in excess it may sap your strength.

You feel physically tired/weaker when you ejaculate. My questions are simple:

Do you really get weaker physically when you ejaculate, especially if you constantly train your body intensely (i.e. running, lifting, etc.)?

If you don't ejaculate but stimulate your penis, do you still get weaker as if you ejaculated (since the semen is already ready to be released and therefore all the protein is already lost)?

I notice that kegels are essentially stimulating the penis. Do you thus get physically weaker through kegeling regularly and lose your muscle/strength even slightly?

I want comprehensive answers, from experience by strong weightlifters who had done kegels and not observed weakening in strength.

Moreover, if you start kegeling, and suddenly stop, will the benefits be lost?

If you start kegeling, and wean off until complete stop, will the benefits be lost?

Lastly, if you are 17, somewhat shy of being 18, should you kegel?

Yes I'm 17 but stand over 6 and weigh over 220. Thanks for the link, but I want total, comprehensive answers to all my questions. Your help will greatly be appreciated.

I'm sorry questioner, but since you lied on your age to be able to join the PE Gym, I have no choice but to use your birth date of January 8th.
You will be banned until you turn 18. So it will be a 5 month ban on your membership. You will be able to return, after that date. Please take the time to read everything on these boards, for the next 5 months and learn all you can. Good Luck. I have to do this to protect this site, it's the law. JP

For when you come back in 5 months:

In the future, doing a search will yield the best results since your questions have likely been asked in one form or another already.

You do not get weaker from simply ejaculating or kegeling, but abusing either can cause issues. Kegeling can be done at any age and it benefits those who may have let their sexual fitness lapse most.

I mean not question your judgment sir. but is this site not technically just a "exercise" forum? Why should there be a age limit to such a thing. I know that there are the random pictures of penis(peni?) but that is not considered pornographic/sexual material. There is a difference between "age" and maturity..
