So questions are:
Starting with the beginner program, if you feel the need to ejaculate at the end, should you?
How long before or after your exercise routine for that day should you wait to masturbate or not, if that matters at all?
If OK to masturbate after or before a routine, is there anything to do to promote PE while pleasuring ones self? (like a certain motion, grip)
With the beginner program, its just a warm-up, stretching, jelqing, and kegels (every other day). Anything else I should take note of or add into the routine?
When warming up, do you need to be erect or just flaccid (for when your wrapping the towel around, or whatever)?
Is there an optimum time during the day for better growth when doing you PE? (ie. morning, afternoon, night, etc..)
