Default Stretching the ligs- input?

So I am on a break from jelqing right now, going to decon my unit. What I am trying to do in the down time is really stretch out my ligs and unit. When I stretch (I have been almost once a day) my ligs feel tight and heavy. I read a theory some where that this is a good thing, I want to put my ligs in stress then keep on stretching past that point where they go very elastic and gains happen... what do some experienced members think?

I am really trying to hit the length, please help.

Does anybody say it is possible to stretch your ligs past the point where they feel heavy? Is this beneficial?

I want to be a bit more clear in hopes of a good answer:

I have been stretching a lot lately to increase EL. My unit can feel the stretching, and my ligs feel heavy and before warming up can be resistant or feel heavy to a tug. Is this a good thing? Should I keep up my heavy stretch routine or is this a bad sort of PI? I think ligament anatomy is really important.

Kaskman: Stretching the ligs can lead to gains, but you don't want to stretch too hard. The words "heavy stretch routine" lead me to believe that you're yanking away like you're in a tug of war contest, which isn't a good idea.

You want to stretch the penis with enough pressure to cause gains, but gentle enough that you're not damaging anything.

As for ways to stretch the ligs: Focus your stretches downwards. The more angled down you are, the more the pressure goes to the ligaments. The best lig stretch I've found is the BTC Stretch:
1) Stand up and put on of your feet up on a chair or something similar in heigh
2) Grab your penis from behind your back
3) Pull it up and "Between The Cheeks" (i.e. pull it put and behind you towards your anus)

Thanks Remek, I do this stretch on occasion.

Is there any way to know if I am stretching too much? What should I look for?
