Default Does is matter if you drink alcohol whilst doing PE?

A few times while doing PE I have a glass of beer, I noticed while doing this I can keep an erection better. I guess I'm doing these exercises correctly because after a few reps I get a bulging vein, and I can feel the blood move.

How about masturbation? I know it's okay once a day, how about if you're doing it two or three times a day? Is that too much? This may be a reason why I go flaccid very quickly while jelqing.

Also, about some of the newbies overtraining. Well I'm new to this, I've never felt any aches or pains, and it takes me between an hour and a half to two hours to do the 90 days beginners exercises.

A glass of beer isn't going to hurt anything, in fact the small amount of alcohol might help. Now a six pack, might be over the top. The 90 day routine should take about 40 minutes, including the warm up and warm down. But, if you have the time, it's good to go slow.

I've had a beer or glass of wine before whilst I get my routine done. No harm no foul. As for floggin' the dolphin 2-3 times a day??? Yeah, that you might want to cut back on bro. Your going limp quickly because your dick is probably tired as hell.
