Zinc along with vitamin "C" helps testosterone work. I would say 50mg of zinc 1000mg of vitamin "C" for the best testosterone help.

My experience with Zinc. I was taking way to much. Toxity levels built way up in my system. I started getting very, very paranoid. 50 a day might be a bit high. Just be carful . Read about what it can do if you get to much of it in your system! GL man!

Here is a chart that shows the min daily recommended allowances. Keep in mind when you are working out, you aren't average normal so you would require more for muscle/tissue repair. I eat a lot of oysters and seafood so I only take a 50mg tablet 4 times a week. I've inlcuded a link which also has a food chart showing the amount of zinc in most foods so you can weigh your diet against your requirements and decide how much to take.

I started taking a similiar supp for cramps in my rib cage a few weeks ago. I noticed it only has 10mg per serving of zinc though. It sure helped with my cramps and joints though.

50 mg of zinc is quite high. 40 mg is the UL according to FAO/WHO.
Zinc compete copper and if you take 50mg! + zinc that you take from your diet it could eliminate your copper
Copper is a co-factor in collagen synthesis and for some enzyme who are responsible for cancer suppression.

Fish, eggs, wheat bran, oysters, shellfish, nuts have high levels of zinc.
If someone want to take zinc as supplement, i suggest him to took in doses during the day.

P.S: Think also your ejaculation rate, you lose 5mg of zinc per ejaculation...
