I am looking for a moist heating pad. Can you guys give me some recommendations from personal experience?

I'm very happy with ThermiPaq. You just pop it in the microwave and it stays warm for a while. If you want it to be moist you can just get a wet towel and cover the pad with it instead of the cover it comes with.

I checked out there web site and I noticed they have two different products, one that provides moist heat and one that's just regular heat. Is it better to use moist heat or does it not make a difference?

I have the normal one and it has been doing a good job for me. But from what I gather moist heat is a lot better.

I think one that plugs into the wall would be much better

Try finding an infrared heating pad, more expensive but a much better warm up because infrared heat penetrates much deeper into tissue than conductive heat.
