Hey guys, I'm new here and need some advice. I been surfing on reddit today and found out about this "Nofap" Many people on that subreddit are saying no to edging, is this beneficial? Or should I start edging?

Without porn it is difficult to masturbate too much.

Nofap started on imageboards and then made its way to Reddit for those who have issues with masturbating at high-frequency to porn and/or for those lacking the motivation to go out and get things accomplished in the real world, away from their computers, like finding a girl. While porn is a problem for many here, masturbation is a completely acceptable practice and is used as a means to condition the penis and improve EQ without ones mind being corrupted by porn. The generalization would be that masturbating is the issue in the nofap community, while porn is the issue in the PE community.

Alright, it seems people here prefer to edge. I won't do the NoFap.
Yeah, I wasn't going to watch porn while edging, since I'm trying to quit. Today will be day 2, going for 1 week, and increasing it over time so I don't set myself for failure of trying to aim for 1 year which would be unrealistic right now.
