I think i mightve hit a plateau in my PE career as ive stayed at 6.75 for about 2 months. Is it recommended that i increase my on days? If so what should i increase to? Keep in mind i should be able to handle this as ive got about 7 months of PE under my belt. Right now im on 2 on 1 off

Do you have the time or even want to do it more often? Maybe changing up your routine would be the better road to take. As for plateauing, you have shown gains in everything for the past three months.

Changing my routine? how? 6.75 is my EL for 2 months 6.85 was a wierd day for me.. i had that for 1 time.

Trex, if 6.85" was a "weird day", and you only got that number once, why post it as your BPEL? Regardless, I don't understand your concerns. From Feb. to June you gained 1/4", and from June to July another 1/4", then from July to October still another 1/4". So there is a real good chance you will gain an inch in one year or less. As for advanced exercises, im not to sure about them. Ive tried them before, but sparsely. Im not really sure on how to implement them into my routine. p.s. Is there any reason why the videos dont seem to be working on my computer anymore? I have silverlight installed, but they just wont play.
