Just finished up my fourth day of PE, with one off day in between. In my second session, i was told i jelqued too hard, because i had a 70% erection during, and i actually gained .2 inches in BPEL. So, my third and my last session(today), i really took it easy. I try to get a less hard erection, but with me, it seems im either horny and above 70%, or not horny and at about 20%. So, today and yesterday, i went way softer, and feel like it doesnt get me anywhere. I dont get any red spots, and the only PI i get is neutral, that i dont get a fuller hang after jelquing(probably because i dont jelq hard enough). Anyway, is it possible that im being too careful and not jelquing and stretching hard enough?

I may help to jerk off 2-3 hours before you jelq if you're too horny. If your penis is too hard you can do kegels until it get's tired and more flaccid. If it's too flaccid losen the grip, do a kegel, tighten the grip (OK sign) and jelq. 4 days you say, I think you should take it easy until you know how hard you can jelq. Patience and persistence, health before gain. |

You jelqed one session at 70% and then measured yourself for length? At 70% your jelqing would do practically nothing for length, and any girth you saw would be very temporary. Brand new to PE and jelqing around 70%+ erection is asking for trouble. No nothing bad happened first time, but you will in all likelihood injure yourself if you keep that up. Jelqing at the much lower erection level will not give you much girth growth, but it will give you some. Try for around the 50% level for now. If you find yourself getting too flaccid, do a strong kegel, then grip the base, release and kegel again, regrip and jelq. And don't waste your time remeasuring yourself every time you do a routine. Your last statement combined a jelqing and stretching question. You are stretching while flaccid correct?

Whats an EQ's? And i like that kegel when getting flaccid tip, ill def try that next time. Well rbi, what happened was i did my second session(the intense one where i was too strong and jelqued at around 60-70%), and then the next morning i woke up with morning wood and i laid in bed and watched tv for like 10 mins, and it still didnt go down! haha, so i measured it, cause i noticed it looked a little bigger than usual, and it measured 5.6" BPEL, which is .2" bigger than usual.

It realy don't matter how your ER level is 30-70% is OK. The higher end would be better for girth. The question is how tight is your grip. the higher the erection level to lighter you want to go on the grip to prevent injury. ideal ER is between 30-60% for length.

jelqing not all about sqeezing till your head pops off its all about forcing your blood to circulate and filling the penis up with blood per each jelq stretching out your pc muscle making them more thicker (like blowing a little air in a balloon and watching it expand)
