Ok well thanks for the stretching help.

Now if you will, please help me with the bloodword associated with EL.

Such as v jelqing. I probably will only do v jelqs instead of OK jelqs after my decon break. Doing them for 400 strokes and 5 on 2 off, do you think that intensity will spark growth?

If not what else can i do for EL?

Whoa, 400 strokes!! I think you may be a little ambitious, I don't recommend doing 400 v-jelqs for five days straight. Have you experienced any negative physiological indicators like turtling or pain as a result of your current routine? Your lack of growth may be result of the intensity of your current routine.

I dont think this is ambitious. JP advertises 400 strokes. In his 90 day beginners routine, he says 200 reps (he counts 2 reps as 1 stroke), 200 x 2 = 400. Up till this point ive never done more than 300. This means ive only been doing 200-300 strokes for 7 months. I wouldve thought it would be time to step up the intensity

I dont really experience any negative PI's, my measurements have never gotten smaller. However i turtle alot, but i think this is normal. My EQ's are always 10 (rock hard) and i always get morning wood.
