    First off I'm really sorry if there is a post on this already but I couldn't find it, they're all on edging and gains, not whether you should.

    I want to Edge because it's great for gains, over inflating your penis and greatly increasing blood flow at the end of a session, but I worry it will bring back bad habits as I gave up my life of excessively masturbating. Admittedly it would be done under completely different circumstances but when you're standing tip toe on the edge of breaking point it can be dangerous, or I could slip over by accident...

    So what should I do?
    Currently : 7.5" x 5.5"

    Short-Term : 8" x 6"

    Long-Term : 9" x 6"

    Training bad masturbation habits is bad, training good ones is good, masturbation for me is like training for the main event, with edging you should be gaining better control of your bodies responses, so I believe its good. But its up t you, if you have a problem with porn avoid it and use your imagination, or a girlfriend maybe?

      Try to train yourself to see edging as your PE exercise, and while you are aroused performing it, you do not need to "get off" quickly like what you do when you masturbate. Or keep your edging sessions to solely after your PE workout, that way you see it as part of your PE workout and not just masturbating.

        Thanks a lot you guys that's a pretty good point, although I can't help but worry. I started NoFap and I'd hate to trip and break that record so to speak, I guess if anything I should start edging for gains perhaps at the 3-Month mark where I'm well into my PE and I've cut all ties between masturbating for pleasure and gains.

        Still that's an eye opener, my goals are completely different, when jelqing I've never thought of going all the way so to speak.

        And yeah, I'm working on the girlfriend part.
