Default Jelquing problems, pleaseeee help!

Im having some problems jelquing after two weeks of PE. I think it may be because of my small flacid hang in combination with my big hands. Its hard for me to get both hands around my penis at the same time, unless im over 80% erect. I feel like im getting nothing out of jelquing both because i dont get a better flaccid hang afterwards, and after im done jelquing for ten(15 minutes today), i dont feel anything in my penis, it just feels normal. For instance, it doesnt feel like i just did a PE workout. Oh, and also, its always a strain to keep my penis at 50% erect. I feel like the whole time im jelquing, my penis is just trying to shrivel back up to flaccid state, and at once i stop jelquing, thats usually what it does, other than once in a while, i have a nice hang for about 10 seconds.

As for PI's; I have NO negative PI's, and out of the definitive positive PI's, i have increased night and morning wood, Increased hardness of erections and Easier to achieve erection, AND also, my length and girth have both increased a little bit, because of my major increase in EQ.

What's your routine? Be specific, it will help everyone to get a sense for what is going on. Do you normally have EQ issues with sexual activity or masterbation. Post stats, if your comfortable, might help answer the question about not being able to get both hands on it. Someone will be able to help with this additional info.

Checked the videos to make sure you're doing the exercise properly?

Don't jelq over 70% my friend.

Well, ive been doing JP's routine exactely for the past two weeks(since i started)....and i dont jelq over 70%, im just sayin, thats like the only way its possible for me to jelq easily bc of my small flaccid size....

And as for EQ issues....it seems that when i masturbate a lot, i get an erection every time i touch my dick, and i have been masturbating a lot lately(like 2 times a day), but when i rarely masturbate(once a week), i get random erections that are very hard, but then when i actually want my penis to get erect, it takes me a while....i feel like my mind/penis is confused from so many years of porn.

My routine:
Warm up 15 mins rice sock
stretch basic 10 mins
jelq 7-8 mins palm down OK grip(will try the palm up grip next time, but i think that will make it even harder to jelq the small flaccid size)
v jelq 4 mins
15 min warm down rice sock

Why do you need two hands at the same time for jelqing? Grip, jelq to your glans, release and grip with your other hand.

I know what you are going through. I have the same problem,big hands small dick.and when i got done with the jelqs i felt nothing. What i did was just kept going. I did my routine every day, But each time i did my jelqs i would try them just a little differant. I would change angle of my hands, angle of the strokes, sitting down, standing up, One handed,two handed, Just keep trying until you find what works and you will find what works for you. Everyone is differant . You can watch the jelq video to get the idea of how to do it but you may need to change it to suit you.
Just stick with it and you will prevail

What kind of erection level are you using for your jelqs? Have you though of counting reps instead of going by the clock? Most guys seem to get better quality reps when they do that.

If you jelqed too hard too soon (you did obviously), you are probably experiencing inflammation in your shaft. Hold off PE'ing for a few days, and take some ibuprofen. Your jelqing strokes should feel comfortable, and you should be able to feel blood moving ahead of your grip as you slide towards your glans. At 20% erection level you do have to apply more pressure to your grip then at higher levels. The higher the erection, the lighter the grip. I concentrate on how my jelqs feel as I move up my shaft. Once you have the feel down, and your PI's are good, you will be consistent.
